My wife booked a table of 9 for my birthday.
There service we had for a large party was amazing. The service and food was outstanding.
The staff made us all feel relaxed and the atmosphere was great. For a popular restaurant at no point where we rushed. We will most definitely be coming again.
Thankyou for making my birthday great.
Great interior design, amazing atmosphere and really trendy bar. Perfect for a date night or girls night out. The service is really good and they are very attentive.
Food was very good, we always get the zucchini shoestring fries which are great but the portions are way too big. The arancini balls are amazing too.
Nice diverse menu and great atmosphere. Drinks menu is also fantastic with lots of fancy cocktails. The staff requested us to move seats before our food arrived but in return they offered us free drinks which was amazing.
What a wonderfully expensive experience. My friend and I went to the Ivy for lunch, cocktails £9.50 for a bellini. I had the duck curry... its was delicious, my friend had an expensive shepherds pie but said it was lovely. We went for the experience and certainly achieved this .. decor was outstanding, very clean, didn't like paper place mats, you could get rid of those at the cost we pay put something decent down. Service ... very attentive. We loved the wash rooms. Looking at coming back for afternoon tea as that looked fab and mire in my budget.
I visited The Ivy, Chichester on Sunday morning for breakfast and it was an amazing experience. I'd heard about poor service previously but the service we received was great from start to finish. I had Eggs Royale and yum 😋 it looked amazing and tasted delicious. In the great words of Arnie I'll be back ♥️. (edit) revisited for dinner and had the prawn and monkfish curry absolutely superb. 💯. Once again amazing customer service. Next on the agenda afternoon tea 👌. *** update we did come back this time for a birthday lunch and once again it was superb. Thank you Ivy 😊 💕
A lunch time visit was on the cards for my lovely wife and I, we've heard good things about this "eatery"so with a tad of excitement we entered the restaurant. With a very pleasant and professional welcome we were shown to our table. WELL..... Talk about stunning decor and 1930s style centre island cocktail bar looking around at all the paintings and attention to detail was not lost on us. Now the food, we both went for the slow-braised lamb & beef ragu and wide ribbon pasta served in a large bowl. When our meals arrived they looked delicious and I can confirm that it tasted delicious too. Dessert... Ditto again folks we both went for the same dessert but what a choice... It was a crispy Madagascan vanilla cloud with warm chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream and hot yuzu caramel sauce for me it was a sweet tooth dream, perfect dessert. Now for the service from the minute we walked in to our lovely waitress (sorry we can't remember her name) we were made to feel really important and very special people. I have to add that the "corridor" leading to the toilets has been decorated tastefully with wall lights and art work on entering the toilet I was greeted with a sparkling clean fresh smelling room. Would not hesitate to return for any special occasions.
The atmosphere and service were great but the starters were beautiful but the main let it down. We love Ivy and go often in Winchester and London brunches. Chichester one was our first time and the food was not as great as in other places.
An excellent dining experience. The food and service were top notch. The restaurant is well themed and finished to a high standard. It's quite pricey but worth the money.
Fantastic Christmas Eve birthday breakfast treat for my husband ( who's always slightly aggrieved that as his birthday is so close to Christmas it gets a little lost in all the festive season) but I cannot praise the team enough at The Ivy …
